Prices are in pounds in the UK and US dollars everywhere else. Polar, our merchant of record, handles payment and local tax: in the UK and EU tax is included, and in places like the US and Canada it's added at checkout. Cancel anytime.

Your designs will follow you. Sign in on any computer and carry on where you stopped.

Need a second opinion?
With Pro you will be able to share a link, or open the design together and edit it live.

When will Pro launch?
Soon. Join the Pro waitlist and we'll email you the day it opens. Nothing else, and you can ask us to remove you any time.
What's the catch with Free?
There isn't one. Free designs are saved in your browser, so they stay on that device. Download a backup any time, and join the Pro waitlist to hear when keeping everything in the cloud opens.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
When Pro launches, you'll keep Pro until the end of the month you've paid for. After that your cloud designs will stay available to download for 90 days, and come back straight away if you subscribe again.
Who handles payments?
When Pro launches, Polar will process payments as our merchant of record and take care of local tax and invoices. We'll never see your card details.
Do I need an account to use MyCanvasDesign?
No. The design editor works without signing up, and your designs are saved in your browser. When Pro launches, you'll only make an account if you choose Pro.
How do I cancel or update my card?
When Pro launches, you can do both from the billing portal in your account settings. Cancelling will take effect at the end of the month you have paid for.
Do I need Pro to download without a watermark?
No. MyCanvasDesign never adds a watermark, on any plan.
Can I get a refund?
When Pro launches, if you are in the UK or EU you will be able to cancel within 14 days of buying for a full refund. Email support@mycanvasdesign.com and we will sort it out.
